Memory care in Charlotte runs the full spectrum. We evaluate every community against specific staffing standards: 1 hands-on caregiver per 10 residents during the day (7am–7pm), and a minimum of 1 per 15 residents overnight. Medicine Techs, Activity Directors, and Nurses don't count toward these ratios — only direct-care hands-on staff. Communities running 1:20 or 1:30 overnight are a safety risk, and we won't recommend them regardless of their brochures.
